serene stay near key west

multiple pools shuttle service onsite restaurant

i found several pools on the hotel and all seemed well maintained. i appreciated the shuttle service into town it ran frequently. the onsite restaurant was convenient and the food was good i enjoyed the live music.

the room i stayed in had thin walls i could easily hear my neighbors next door. this made it difficult to relax at times especially in the evenings. it would be beneficial to improve soundproofing.

my room included a king size bed and a balcony i could see the ocean from it. the bathroom was spacious with a walk in shower two sinks were available in the bathroom adding convenience.

the restaurant featured nightly entertainment on the patio i enjoyed the cozy fires there. i found the restaurant offered a good variety of food options. the restaurant had a patio area for outdoor seating.

decent stay but room view a concern

shuttle bus complimentary kayaks sailing trip

i liked the shuttle bus. it runs into downtown frequently. kayaks were available to use. i enjoyed the surrounding nature at my own pace. the concierge helped arrange a sailing and snorkel trip.

i had a "partial ocean view" room. it faced an industrial facility across the marina. the view was ugly. driving through the trailer park felt sketchy at night.

prompt shuttle friendly staff excellent food

the shuttle service to downtown was prompt. i found the staff very friendly and helpful. the suite i had was super spacious, everything was really clean, and it was very comfortable. i loved the excellent food at the restaurant.

Fantastic Stay! AMAZING Views!

shuttle service harbor location kayak rental

The hotel provided a complimentary hourly shuttle service to downtown. It dropped us off near the pier at Waterfront Brewery! The location directly on the harbor was a win. I really liked having bike and kayak rentals available daily.

The TV channel selection was limited. The guide wasn't very accurate.
